Waxing
At Beauty Barn we use strip wax and hot wax. Strip wax is when a thin layer of heated wax is applied to the skin in the direction of the hair growth. The hair becomes embedded in the wax and is then pulled off quickly in the opposite direction of the hair growth, taking the hair with it. Hot wax is a recent invention compared to sugaring, it’s a lot more gentle on the area being waxed, excellent for sensitive areas: underarms, bikini, etc.

Xpress Lashes Please do not confuse with Party lashes, Party lashes are clumps of heavy lashes that are placed onto the natural lash, if you loose a clump the set is ruined these are not available at the Beauty Barn as they are not good for your natural lashes and we care about your natural lash as much are you do!! Xpress Lashes, much like the classic lash, one single lash is slid in between your own lashes to build up a natural to much thicker effect lash.. though they are not harmful to your lashes we do not recommend time after time with this treatment only on occasion or as an introduction to the Classic Lash. |
